Public BBQ

A well-kept neighbourhood reserve at Windsor Gardens with updated, shaded play equipment, a basketball half court that gets plenty of use, electric barbecues, a drink fountain and a large grassed area for ball games. There is one undercover table plus benches, though for a group you would want to bring your own chairs. The one gap, which nearly every visitor raises, is that there are no public toilets at all. Two other things to watch: sharp prickles through the grass, which matter if you are walking a dog, and litter and food scraps that accumulate and that children and dogs go for.

You should first check with Port Adelaide Enfield council about the rules and restrictions.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
